otoo-300x170Several Ghanaian publications confirm that Mahatma Otoo will sign with Club Brugge this week. The Black Stars striker has just completed the Glo Premier League season with Hearts Oak.

He also finished as top scorer in last year’s Ghanaian championship with 20 goals.

Hearts of Oak would have agreed with the Belgian club for a transfer approaching 650,000 Euros.

“Yes Otoo is going to Belgium. He make the medical visit this week “, revealed Muheed Saed, a member of the Steering Committee of the Phobians.

Hearts coach David Duncan insists the club will survive without talisman Mahatma Otoo.

Otoo is on the verge of sealing a three-year deal with Belgian giants Club Brugge.

The 21-year-old electrified the Ghanaian top-flight in the just -ended season with a terrific scoring rate that saw him bag 20 goals in the top-tier.

The Accra-based side are almost set to without the former Sporting Mirren goal-getter but coach Duncan insists his imminent exit won’t affect the fortunes of the club next term.

“Yes to a degree his absence would be felt because he was an integral part of the team, but honestly speaking he is not an indispensable player,” Duncan told Radio XYZ

“Without him in some matches the team survived, not forgetting the back-to-back games we played against New Edubiase which we won and it was without him and that goes to give credence to the fact that he is an integral part.

“Yes, Mahatma scored 20 goals for us this season but don’t forget that the team scored 46 goals and that means 26 goals came from elsewhere either than him so I think that he was an integral part and not an indispensable player and I can stand the test of time without him.”

Jz viens de voir sur walfoot que faris haroun etait cite a bruges quelqu un a vu quelque chosr la dessus??

Moi je viens de voir un atticle ou il disait qu il etait cite a bruges et au standard mais qu il n irait pas au standard donc je ne sais pas c ca que je pose la question j ai vu ca sur walfoot...

Pour Haroun, j'ai entendu dire qu'il comptait revenir en belgique. Mais perso, le voir remplaçant de Boro et de revenir direct dans un grand club, je pense cela présomptueux. A mon avis, c'est juste du vent. Il en faut un peu vu les chaleurs qu'il fait en ce moment ^^
